I ordered take-out for one, for two meals (when I was on the job and had no time to cook). This came. It’s like, for one, but for two days.

This is a picture of a local telly programme. I don’t know who this guy is, all I know is that he was on some news talk show about smoking in public places. I don’t even know if he’s pro or against or neutral, because I was fascinated with his moustache. Look at it!~ Poirot would approve.

Walking for coffee on my lil brother’s birthday.  He’s 21!

Empty Sunday streets. I’m standing in the middle of the road.

No, not really, they do not, I ordered a vegan meal. But it’s a good restaurant, and their meat is arguably the best in the city. It’s one of the least pretentious good quality relatively quiet places around here, so if you’re ever around Kishinev and want a good meal, do stop at Grill House. It’s not cheap, but it’s not killer. Our meal for three (albeit vegan – it was Lent) was under 400 lei, which is around $35. Obviously, if you’ll go for meat and alcohol, your bill will be higher.

This is how they serve tea. That marmalade is amazing. Tea was darjeeling, I think, even though I asked for black, but it’s a very common misconception everywhere.

And this is where I regretted forgetting (literally) my camera at home. Spot the kitty! There was a pair of them, hiding from the rain.

(Meal at Grill House was paid for with my own money. Celentano meal was paid for with my own money. None of the brands mentioned or pictured know I exist.  This is not a sponsored post.)
